Prison Outreach

The Prison Outreach Program (POP) offers inmates living with HIV one-on-one support, outreach visits, advocacy, pre-release planning and post-release support.

It also provide HIV educational programs within provincial and federal prisons to help inmates with disease prevention and health promotion, and to educate staff.

We have also developed resources specifically for inmates and prison staff who are affected by HIV/AIDS.
